You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. However, please note that membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has begun.
We offer a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time of purchase. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation policies for venue bookings (tables, events, etc.) are set by individual partner venues. Please check the specific venue's cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Most venues require at least 2 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties or loss of booking privileges.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@pubhoppers.club with your membership details and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We understand that emergencies happen. In case of verified medical emergencies, we may offer credit or alternative arrangements at our discretion.
If a partner venue permanently closes during your membership period, we will provide alternative benefits of equal value or extend your membership accordingly.
