1. Overview
Welcome to the PubHoppers Affiliate Program. This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the PubHoppers Affiliate Program (the "Program"). In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you.
Key Points: The Program is designed to allow you to earn commissions by referring customers to PubHoppers through your unique referral links.
By signing up for the PubHoppers Affiliate Program, you are confirming that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the PubHoppers Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid email address
- Have a PayPal account or bank account for commission payments (for Indian affiliates)
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not be a resident of a country where affiliate marketing is prohibited
Important: We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure

Commission Calculation: Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the total purchase amount (excluding taxes and fees) made by referred customers.
Example: If a referred customer purchases a ₹5,000 membership, a STARTER affiliate would earn ₹500 (10% of ₹5,000).
4. Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
- Payments processed monthly
- Payments issued by the 15th of each month
- For previous month's earnings
- Minimum payout: ₹100
Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer (India)
- UPI Payments
- PayPal (International)
- Other methods as available
Important Payment Notes:
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
- We are not responsible for payment delays due to incorrect information
- All payments are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise specified
- International affiliates may receive payments in USD via PayPal
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Program:
- Spamming (email, social media, comments)
- Using misleading or deceptive advertising
- Creating fake accounts or fake referrals
- Click fraud or automated clicking
- Promoting illegal activities
- Using trademarked terms improperly
- Creating unauthorized PubHoppers-branded content
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
Grounds for Immediate Termination: Violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any action that may harm PubHoppers' reputation.
Upon termination:
- All rights and licenses granted to you will immediately terminate
- You must remove all PubHoppers affiliate links and banners from your site
- You will be paid all unpaid commissions earned prior to termination
- Any pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to breach of terms
7. Liability
Limitation of Liability: PubHoppers will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the Program.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PubHoppers and its affiliates against any claims arising from your participation in the Program.
Note: We make no guarantees regarding potential earnings from the Affiliate Program. Your success depends on your own marketing efforts.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
You will be notified of significant changes via email, but it remains your responsibility to stay informed about the current terms.
By participating in the PubHoppers Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
